The Help centre answers most questions. To report a listing, member, message or review, use the Report link on it: it reaches moderators fastest and includes the context.
When we reply
- Safety concerns: within 24 hours.
- Other questions: within 2 working days.
- Privacy requests (access, correction, deletion): within 30 days.
We reply by email. Signed-in members are answered at their account email address.
If you disagree with a decision
If a moderator removed your listing or restricted your account, appeal from Your listings or the notice on your account. A different review of the original report follows. If you’re still not satisfied, write to us here with the topic “Legal or complaint”.
