• Show the real item in your photos and describe its condition and flaws.
• Don’t call an item original or authentic unless you can prove it.
• Only mark a sale completed if the buyer really has the item.
• Leave reviews that reflect the real exchange.

No harassment, threats, insults, hate speech or sexual messages. Respect a “no”: if someone declines your offer or stops replying, move on.

Don’t put phone numbers, emails or links in listings. Don’t pressure members to pay in advance, by transfer, or to move to another app before meeting. These are the most common signs of a scam.

No advertising, repeated messages, duplicate listings, fake accounts, pretending to be someone else, or second accounts used to leave reviews or avoid a restriction.

Moderators review reports and may remove listings or reviews, send a warning, suspend an account for 1 to 90 days, or ban it. Serious cases, such as scams or threats, can lead to an immediate ban. You’ll be told the reason and can appeal. A block or report is never made public.
