Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses Lbazard (“we”, “us”), the website and the services on it. By creating an account you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy, the Community guidelines and the Prohibited items policy.

Lbazard is an online classifieds service for pre-loved fashion in Morocco. We let members publish listings, message each other, make offers and leave reviews.

• We are not the seller or the buyer, and we are not a party to any sale.
• We don’t process payments, hold money, ship items or arrange delivery.
• We don’t inspect items or verify that they are authentic, as described or legal to sell.
• We don’t offer buyer protection, refunds or guarantees.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for the sales they agree, including payment, handover and any after-sale issue.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Don’t create accounts for someone else or to get around a restriction.
• Your username, display name, city, listings and reviews are public.

You may only list items you own and have the right to sell, that are clothing, shoes, bags or accessories, and that aren’t on the Prohibited items list. Listings must show the real item, describe it honestly and not contain contact details. You keep the rights to your photos and text, and give us permission to display them on Lbazard while the listing exists.

An offer is a proposal to buy at a price between 30% and 100% of the asking price; it lasts 48 hours. When the seller accepts, the item is reserved for that buyer. Either member may cancel a reservation before completion. The seller marks the sale completed once the buyer has the item. Marking a sale completed that didn’t happen is not allowed.

Only the two members of a completed sale may review each other, once each, within 30 days. Reviews must be honest and about the sale. They can’t be edited. We may hide or remove reviews that break these terms.

Follow the Community guidelines. In particular: no scams, harassment, hate speech, spam, impersonation, fake reviews or attempts to move payments off the platform in a misleading way.

We may remove listings or reviews, warn members, suspend accounts for a set time or ban them when these terms are broken or to keep members safe. We tell you the reason. You can appeal a decision from your account; a moderator reviews the original report again.

Lbazard is free to use. If we introduce paid features, we’ll explain them and their price before they apply, and they’ll be optional unless these terms change with notice.

We provide Lbazard as it is and work to keep it available and safe, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. Because we aren’t a party to sales, we aren’t responsible for the items, the members’ conduct, or payments and handovers between members, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Moroccan consumer law.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, except while one of your sales is reserved. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

We may update these terms. When we make an important change, we’ll ask you to accept the new version when you next use Lbazard. The version and date are shown at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. If there is a disagreement, please contact us first through the contact form so we can try to resolve it.
