Lbazard is a marketplace for pre-loved fashion in Morocco: clothes, shoes, bags and accessories. Members list items, chat and make offers. The buyer and seller then agree how to pay and hand the item over.

No. Creating an account, listing items and messaging are free. If that ever changes, we’ll tell you before any fee applies.

Anyone aged 18 or over. You need an email address and a public profile (username, display name and city). One account can both buy and sell.

You pay the seller directly, in the way you both agree, usually in cash when you meet. Never pay in advance, by transfer or through a money-transfer agency for an item you haven’t seen. Read the Safety centre before meeting.

No. Lbazard isn’t part of the sale and doesn’t offer buyer protection, refunds or guarantees. Check the item carefully before you pay. If something goes wrong, report the member and tell us through the contact form.

You can offer between 30% and 100% of the asking price. The seller can accept, decline or counter. An offer expires after 48 hours. When the seller accepts, the item is reserved for you.

Only the buyer and seller of a completed sale, once each, within 30 days. Reviews can’t be edited. If a sale never happened, the buyer can report it and its reviews are hidden until a moderator looks at it.

Use the Report link on the listing, profile, message, conversation or review. Reports are private. You can also block a member from their profile or the conversation. See the Community guidelines.

Go to Settings → Delete account. You can’t delete it while one of your sales is reserved; complete or cancel it first. Deleting is permanent. The Privacy Policy explains what is removed.

Use “Forgot password?” on the login page. If you no longer have access to your email address, write to us through the contact form and choose “My account”.
